Trauma-Informed Sex Therapy

I am queer and neurodivergent and trauma survivor. I approach therapy from a trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and person-centered framework. Living what I teach is important to me, so I make sure I get my self-care in through: being out in nature whenever I can whether hiking in the woods or getting out near water, enjoying time with my cats and dog, spending time with my family, reading sci-fi books or watching movies.
